CRM Manager Hertforshire (Pharmaceutical)

Salary – To £70,000 + Benefits

Working for a rapidly expanding Pharmaceutical Company in Hertfordshire you will assume a lead role in developing, and managing a CRM framework for the whole of the EU division.  You will also provide proactive leadership in the organisations management of the European CRM system

Specifically to:

To implement a European CRM system across all relevant business functions

Identify and maximise any opportunity to increase the effectiveness of the European CRM system

To manage the CRM content and ensure it meets Commercial needs whilst maintaining continuity across Europe

Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system supports all business requirements

To manage local and European Legal requirements

Proactively work on developing the system for future business requirements

To manage the budget and plan future budgets including developmental costs
